I am in the same area. Talked to them yesterday and techs are here trying to fix the problem. It is a wide spread outage

Talked to the office about 5:30.  CFE is working on the electricity in SAT and have disconnected the Ilox lines. When finished they will be restored. No idea when

Telephone lines have their own poles. Others "rent" space on CFE poles. So anytime there is an electrical problem in your area, it stands to reason that you could lose your iLox. Unacceptable.

My Ilox went out Monday afternoon and I thought system failure and waited. Wednesday I decided to go to the office. Found out there was no system failure but only my service. An hour later it was back on.
