Ol-Lin Vegan Restaurant in San Antonio

This place across from the west side of the SAT plaza is surprisingly large and pleasant in the back garden. We had a couple of very tasty meals. Not because we are vegan, but just to try it out. Their meatless pozole is quite good and one of the various individual pizzas was delicious. A lot of thought and effort has gone into the creation of the dishes, and makes them worth the medium-range prices, I think. Their agua frescas are unsweetened, but you can ask for raw sugar and sweeteners. It took an extremely long time to get our meals; perhaps an hour, which was excessive, considering there were only three other tables being served that Saturday afternoon, and one was finishing up when we arrived.
