Recommended Posts

Frequently today over lakeside SAT. Maybe they have lowered their prices or are offering free rides again today to try to drum up business. Very noisy and distracting!!

Haven't heard anything in West Ajijic since I got back to the house at maybe 13:30, this afternoon

These helicopter tours are along the lakefront not inland where you are.

Weird. I can normally hear them and see them when they fly over the lake near the shore, even though I am way up on the hill in upper west Ajijic. But a luckily I have not heard nor seen a thing this afternoon/evening

We were hiking in the Ajijic mountains today and one flew directly overhead, at least they didn't hover around in circles

We were also in the mountains this morning and around 11 am a helicopter zoomed bye ....it was below us..looked  kinda surreal against the lake which was absolutely stunning this morning...later at least 3 more trips passed our house in Las Salvias but were mostly over the lake and quite high ,the noise wasn’t really intrusive . Must have been beautiful up there today...clear .
