Mrs. Rupert
I am hoping somebody out there knows when SA festivities will be over. The cohetes are wearing my dogs and me out. TIA.
johanson
I was told that today is the last day for the festival in Ajijic. Sadly I do not know if that applies to the cohetes in San Antonio as well, I hope so.
kam
This is the feast day of the Virgin of Guadalupe - not just in SA or Ajijic but throughut Mexico. As with other fiestas, the Virgin is honored for 9 days but this is the feast day.

Ferret
Gracias a Dios. imho, the LOUDEST and most disruptive cohetes happen on the 3rd of May every year. That is the Dia de los Albaniles. The day of the construction workers. Think BOMBS going off. https://www.notimerica.com/sociedad/noticia-dia-albanil-mexico-festeja-mayo-20190503015932.html I highly recommend Nuleaf CBD for pets who have problems with both cohetes and thunderstorms.
