Kalik
My Samsung Note 8 uses "Hey Google " perfectly. I say "Hey Google call Joes Pizza" & she replies "calling Joes Pizza" We purchased a Samsung galaxy S3, International & use same Telcel plan. It manually dials numbers fine & "Hey Google" works great with the exception of making calls. She replies "cannot make calls yet". Researching I find that "Hey Google" for phone calls is only to work in USA, Can. & UK. I have Hotspot Shield on both units using USA as location. I tried Surfshark & "Hey Google"made one call but no more after that. Why does she make calls on the Note 8 but not the S3?
Mostlylost
Works fine in my LG using Telcel. Calling both names in my contact list or simply saying the numbers. You will need to check all your phone settings
ComputerGuy
Can't help you with that one... my Pixel calls correctly (as long as the long distance info is in the number) to Canada, etc. I have no VPN running. It also called my home number here.
