Aquaponicsman
It could just be the Riberas side of the Carretera, not all of South Riberas. I think it was yesterday (might have been the day before) I saw them replacing a concrete electric pole at the Oxxo across from the Pemex at Calle San Juan, for high tension wires, not local wires. ComputerGuy
20 minutes ago, the landline and Internet went down. I'm betting the CFE, a major utility, just knocked out TelMex, another major utility. Wonderful. Tethering to my cell phone, until the money runs out. johanson
In upper West Ajijic, only the power is out. Izzi (telecable), Telmex etc are all working.
ComputerGuy
On the highway through Riberas, businesses are without phone and Internet. At the same time, Izzi, iFibra, iLox all have trucks and ladders out there, doing stuff. NO SIGN of any CFE trucks anywhere. So who dun this? mkshawn
Telmex Ajijic office stated that they were only informed this morning. CFE cut the power to the Telmex Terminal Junction Box?
Mrs. Rupert
Avenida del Pilar was not affected in Riberas, but mentioned in the CFE email.

CFE cut the power to the Telmex Terminal Junction Box? Who knows. Like I said, no CFE trucks to be seen. But we all went out around here. And now we are all back. And I heard no reports of power outages.
