snowyco Posted November 3, 2019 Report Share Posted November 3, 2019 With the upcoming best of the year Buen Fin weekend sales, how many people out there are planning to pay at least part of the annual Aguinaldo payment before Buen Fin ... to give our employees a chance to make purchases at the Buen Fin special prices ? Have there been any changes to the Aguinaldo and annual Vacation Paid Days-Off rules? It appears to still be 15 days of "Daily Rate Pay" for a full year's work by domestic workers, cleaning, gardening or maintenance personnel we employ on our property. The aguinaldo is intentionally designed to help workers at Christmas. Do you think if you give them money or gift cards now, that there will be anything left at Christmas shopping time?
