Sonniejake
Hello! We are planning on coming to visit Chapala and the surrounding area in a few months and we are bringing the in-laws with us. My mother in-law take CBD oil for her back pain and we are trying to figure out if it is legal to bring a small bottle of it into Mexico or if there is a place in Mexico to purchase CBD oil. Any assistance will help, hard to find answers on the web. Thank you! :)
Bandol
I suggest that it would be unwise to attempt to bring any in. You can buy it here from reputable sources.
Ferret
And where are those reputable sources having it tested for concentration, what it contains and more importantly what it doesn't contain (like pesticides, fungus etc.).
Al Berca
Illegal to import even “a small bottle” of CBD oil.

You may want to expand on that... perhaps define it as you may not physically enter with CBD across any border. You can certainly "import" it to Mexico once you are here. I order through Alex Peterson and pay the 16% IVA on it. He brings it in legally. There is a difference.
