We belong to the ISSSTE but they haven' t recieved their flu vaccinations yet. The lady at the Seguro Popular said anyone can come in to get them. You do not have to be a Seguro Popular member. This was in San Luis Potosi. Last year we got them at this SP clinic when ISSSTE ran out temporarily along with my buddy from San Diego who only had a FMM tourist card. They had a womens cancer awareness event outside under a tent that wound down and I asked for a T-shirt for my wife the staff were all wearing and the lady there packing up stuff gave us 2 - one for me.
