Claudia Camacho who is above the Immigration office just before entering Chapala. They both have the equipment and knowledge to check your retinas AND for glaucoma AND for cataracts. However, her sister who I understand is also an Ophthamologist (seems to run in the family) is currently holding down the fort until her return.
