johanson
I just received a message from a Canadian who is coming to Mexico to retire. He stated that he was coming to San Nicolas which I presume means San Nicolas de Ibarra which is East of Chapala. He was asking about internet and cell phone availability out there. And I have no idea. Does anyone have any knowledge about internet and cell phone coverage out there? I sure don't. Thanks in advance for your comments
