Sky
There's an underfed horse tied up next to the small Stone building almost directly across from the Ajijic Pemex, a few doors down from Charter Tours. It has no water and it's tied up in a garbage patch with its nose out to the sidewalk. If anyone has any ideas of who to call or how to help

mudgirl
Perhaps if the horse owner were tied up in a garbage patch in the heat with no water all day, he might have a better understanding of how to treat his horse?
AlanMexicali
I have seen the "Bomberos" take care of these types of emergencies over the years. Also municipal police.

cafemediterraneo
I walked past the horse yesterday and he looked okay, happily munching on all the greenery on the lot.
Yo1
There was a horse across the street from me that never seemed to get any water. I took over a bucket and he ignored it. It seems that horses here don't seem to need as much water as you'd think. Maybe it the way they are bred or something.
