Bisbee Gal
Tried Pancho's yesterday, no luck. Anyone seen it locally recently ?
ComputerGuy
Have looked and looked, and never found it. Looked up recipes and decided not to bother trying to make it.

Bisbee Gal
@nothernewbie thanks for the tip! I find both those markets too crowded, but will try next Monday and see if I can find a parking spot.

Perhaps if you get there before 10 or at the tail end of the time it will be easier to maneuver.
ComputerGuy
I like to eat and shop for fun stuff, but the market's to me are mostly a place for gringos to sell overpriced stuff. I just can't go to them anymore.
Bisbee Gal
Got the kimchi! Monday Market was manageable due to off season, I guess. He had medium-spicy and non-spicy. I got the spicy one and it is very well flavored. Making a recipe for kimchi pork burgers, looking fwd to lunch! I thought it was fairly priced, good sized jar for 90 pesos, made locally.
