happyjillin
Only interested in his ability on one thing and nothing else so please only answer with pertinent actual experience. You have had every test known to man including the ultimate PET scan. Cancer has been eliminated. You eat well [better than most] but your body absorbs very little of the nutrients so about the only weight you have remaining is from your bones, skin.internal organs hardly any muscle and almost zero fat. You look like a starving Biafran and have lost all your strength. It has baffled all of my doctors to date.
bedbug
He is a very good diagnostician, and he will do his best to help you. He might be able to refer you to someone in Mexico who can help. But if you have insurance in the US, a better choice might be one of the teaching hospitals or the Mayo Clinic.
CHILLIN
I am sorry for your troubles, sincerely. Have you tried Dr. Daniel Briseno at Quality Care? He is very good at identifying and treating malabsorbtion issues, which sounds like you have. My problems simply reversed almost overnight. I suspect that my microbioneme reset itself back to normal. Good luck.

Good luck. Have consulted with 4 doctors at Quality Care plus 2 GP diagnosticians one of who shared some tests with an Oncologist. I asked about Aceves because he also claims to be a microbiologist. I have made it quite plain more than once that I feel med insurance is not for me nor treatment n the USA. I am a Canadian and won't go there either. I am simply asking about Aceves and his experience if any, with any of you with my specific problem, nothing else thanks.
CHILLIN
Ms. Chillin reminds me that a former neighbor, Narda, yes THAT Princess Narda who was married to the real Mandrake the Magician, now very close to 100, was successfully treated by a microbiologist, although I am not sure of the name. I would have to wait until Ms. Chillin's friend returns from holidays within a couple of weeks. Stomach problems suck, my Father died a horrible death from C. Dificil at 85 - which he never had until he went into hospital. Stay strong, imagine yourself back to health and cruising on your new mighty trike. Just like Mr. Toad, eh wot! It's not my stomach which is fine and it's definitely not my food. Liver, bacon, onion, home fries veg and watermelon for dessert tonight. lots of pork, beef, chicken, and lamb in the freezer. much fruit and vegetables and some bacon in frig. After a while my docs realized I ate better than they did. Sea food we do shrimp, red snapper, octopus and langosta tails. edit: the veg was corn on the cob 1

traderspoc
Your stomach is your second brain, the microbiome in your intestines controls more than you realize. if you are looking at a microbiologist, he will help get your microbiome back growing again. the mircobiome goes out of order after a infection, where you had to take an antibiotic ( kills all bad and good bacteria) etc, sickness shows up about two years later after a bout with an antibiotic. or maybe something else you took. I just had a friend got help by taking kefir and he was very thin and sickly looking, now gained over 20 lbs. in three months eating the same diet. kefir changed the intestinal microbiome so he digested his food better, or whatever happened he better now that all that counts.

I know more about medicine than most of you and have had a multitude of tests at a cost of a few thousand[every test known to the Medical profession]. This did not just happen overnight. If my multitude of docs haven't figured it out over 4 years no lay person can. Please stick to my OP question thanks. 1

You'd be surprised how much knowledge is out there from lay people that doctors aren't even looking at because they're stuck in their box. We had good luck with a similar problem and it turned out to be a very low iron level. A low level that may be within limits according to the doctor may be too low for you. Same with other elements. We've heard good things about Dra. Jessica Flores, our doctor, Dra. Beatric and Dra. Edith who are very through and do alternative medicine as well...good luck. 1

Clearly the box used over the last 4 years is enormous. I know you all mean well but my OP is very specific. I don't want or need any other advice thanks. I would like that info before I contact Aceves so that I won't waste his time or mine.
CHILLIN
I went to Dr. Aceve's website. He is not the highly acclaimed microbiologist who saved our princess. I believe that one is in Guadalajara, and is a part time academic and part time specialist. Will make some enquiries. Or not?

I have had surgeries arranged and he was there to watch my vitals and visited me twice during hospital recovery. Cleaned out my ears when i thought I was going deaf, provided inoculations required for overseas trips, arranged fpr a colonoscopy, cat scan and medical tests in Guadalajara, etc. A caring responsible physician.

CHILLIN
Another interesting toy to your box, your saliva is sent in for DNA gene sequencing. They customise a peak diet, mineral and vitamin food list based on your, and yours alone, unique genetic flags. I don't know what it costs, but have read gene sequencing is as low as $200 US. https://theconversation.com/nutrigenomics-how-nutrition-and-genetics-impact-health-11875
