mexilady
I just read on facebook that you have to go and pay June's Telecable bill to get the service back on. The first week of Jul;y you will need to go and pay the new company! Thanks for the heads up Telecable!!!
ComputerGuy
Seems incredibly unlikely. Which FaceBook page exactly? Not this one: https://www.facebook.com/izzimx/?ref=br_rs Or this one: https://www.facebook.com/Telecable/?ref=br_rs

Brian Dalziel
The original poster may be referring to messages from the Chapala Town Facebook Group. It's a closed group, so I'm attaching a screenshot below.
dichosalocura
Unfortunately, it is true. Izzi or Wizz as the Chapala office now says on their sign is turning off everyone's service until you come down to pay to have it turned back on. If you have already paid for June, it doesn't matter because according to them you were paying Telecable, now you must come in and pay Izzi or Wizz or whoever they really are. The line in front of the Chapala office was halfway down the street. But with all the new internet and television options becoming available, they will pay highly for their incompetence.
ComputerGuy
Incompetence is the word, alright. I've seen a lot of slovenly activity over 20 years here: gas trucks, CFE, TelMex, myriad small businesses, Telecable and Izzi in particular. But this really takes the cake.
Ferret
Let's call them Wizzi for pissing on their customers.
