Mopsy
Need some help. My good friend's wallet was either lost or stolen. Good news: no credit cards. Bad news: Mexican (and Canadian) driver's license and Inapam card. Does she have to go to Guadalajara to replace the driver's license? Can she go to the DIF in Chapala to replace the Inapam? Thanks in advance for any useful info.

Thanks in advance for any useful info. My buddy had his wallet lifted at an OXXO. We had to go to the Ministro Publico to report it. Both needed the report to replace his drivers licence and INAPAM. INM also needed the report.

Within two weeks she received the text and we got her card the next day. This in the past 1 1/2 years.
