The companies go by your house if they do not then you may call ne to see if they deliver.. or you have to go and buy water at the store. Step ontside, locate the guy and give him a shout or a signal. He will carry the garafon into your kitchen and place it in the dispenser. Pay on the spot. We installed one in our student apartment in GDL. Don't have it here because we already had a system in our residence.
