bournemouth
A Mini Pinscher has been wandering parts of Las Salvias for some weeks now. It has spent the last four days and nights in the area of Angel Flores and 5 de Febrero. It has a leather collar but no tags and is very timid. It seems to be seeking canine companionship as it visits my front door and my neighbor and we both have dogs on the property. With the heat, we have cracked and put out food and water as of this morning. If anyone knows something about this dog, we would love to hear from you. I am wondering if absentee owners have left it in charge of someone. I hate to see it continue to wander like this and would bring it in, if I could get close enough, hoping to find its owner/s. gimpychimp
Could this be him? I saw someone posting about him wandering in Villa Nova since the beginning of April, on a Facebook page for lost and found animals. They say his owner hasn't been seen in months.

A Doberman Pinscher is another variation. I will contact the powers that be and see what we can do to help. 1
luvsdawgs
Both the Min Pin and the Doberman breeds have been bred from the German Pinscher. The Doberman was developed with Rottweiler and others while the Min Pin comes from Italian Greyhound and others. Both breeds have the German Pinscher in their ancestry. MtnMama
Yeah we all work together! We are full at the Ranch with a waiting list. I talked to the good folks at Lucky Dog and they will take the Min Pin if someone can catch it. I suggest keeping your dogs inside the house, opening your gate just a little, and luring the dog with high value food like cooked liver or raw chicken. Good luck and thank you. bournemouth
The neighbor and I are working at catching him - he did sniff my hand this morning but backed off as soon as a leash came into sight. I will add some liver to the shopping list!
ComputerGuy
Saw this dog today. I could feel that he definitely wants to be taken care of, although he does not look unhealthy... neighbours have obviously been feeding him. He is friendly but nervous. I hope you can get him to respond.
tomgates
We have room for the little guy, if someone does corral him.
Mrs. Rupert
Has this dog been 'captured' yet? He looks like he needs a home if tomgates has not adopted him.
MtnMama
Last time I talked to the Lucky Dog folks, they had not been contacted. Hopefully the OP was able to catch him and find him a home.
bournemouth
He was seen recently at the top of 5 de Febrero but has not been on my street for some time. He is getting attention somewhere as he remains in good condition.
