We have a car, so location is flexible: we will consider anywhere from Vista del Lago to Roca Azul. We do not need to be right on the carretera. A view would be nice, and we prefer a comfortable size. We will consider any rental rate appropriate for the property and a 2-3 year lease ... but not short-term seasonal rates. We want a 2-bedroom with den/office, or larger. We want a home with 2 baths plus a social bath, or larger. We prefer furnished; and we prefer off-street parking.
