Dostortas
I went to see a lawyer about doing a will, she told me she wasn’t a notary and couldn’t help me. I spoke with a notary and he said I need to see a lawyer. I’m confused. Can somebody shed some light on how to proceed? It would be a simple will to ensure transfer of property and access to any funds in a local bank account. Thanks in advance for your input. P.S. I did some searches here for other threads about this topic but I get locked out for 295 seconds for each search. Perhaps I’m using the wrong keywords? slainte39
Find a lawyer who will draft a will, not all do, then take it to a Notario Publico for official registration and future enforcement/viability.

Ferret
So did I. Simple, painless and reasonably priced.
chapalence
I concur that the best way to have a will done is to go directly to Notario #2, LUIS ENRIQUE RAMOS BUSTILLOS. 376 766 0190
