CHILLIN
Anyone seen this here? I need for making bagels and Chinese BBQ pork. Honey is too expensive. Maybe Agave syrup would be interesting.

CHILLIN
That's the stuff. Not as sweet as high fructose corn syrup. It is also used for making beer. I think I will buy a small bottle of agave miel. If it works out, there are pretty good prices on mercadolibre.
Tiny
That pic was from mercadolibre but the only entry was for three tubs. Because of the symbols on the tub, I wonder if a oriental shop would carry it? Do you have access to one?
CHILLIN
No oriental shops Lakeside, sometimes Superlake or Panchos will have expensive imports. Would have to be through Toyo foods, or imported from the U.S.A. A big jug, 6 kilos, of agave miel, 629 pesos, delivered here free from Guadalajara. Tiny
Once in awhile I stop at a couple of oriental shops in Guadalajara. I will try to remember to check what they have.
