AngusMactavish Posted April 22, 2019 Report Share Posted April 22, 2019 I just talked to the Ocotlan office. They are open this week from 8 AM. If one needs to take a driving test they have to bring their own vehicle. When I got my first Jalisco license I did not have to drive as I had a Texas license but I did have to take the written test.
