I went through hell with Magic Jack on line which directed my question (the problem) to 'ASK ME" which is a rip off. I turned my Internet off and then on a short time later and now all is good. I used the Magic Jack to dispute the over $100.00 billing 'ASK ME" charged me. I got all screwed up but YES, Magic Jack was out.yesterday. ComputerGuy Posted April 18, 2019 Report Share Posted April 18, 2019 ASK ME is not affiliated with Magic Jack, or Buick, or Sony, or any other brand for which they offer technical support. However, they know how to place themselves at the top of the list during a Google search. they are a for-pay support site, and I have used them successfully for a couple of questions. They charged me $8 each time, and allowed me to decide whether or not to pay them. Not sure what could have happened with your experience.
