It is simple: just like with all of our dishes: we use real, natural and/or imported ingredients (or we'll make it ourselves). Better! we make the cheese fondue right in front of you. If you know the real thing, you will not be disappointed. If you have not tried Oui Oui yet, that would be a great way to get you acquainted with the place. Bisbee Gal Posted April 12, 2019 Report Share Posted April 12, 2019 I looked at menu posted above and not certain it is up to date. Here is menu from FB page for Oui Oui (dinner) with prices. It seems to match the menu we saw when we ate there last week. However, the descriptions from the online menu and the printed menu are different (more detail on printed menu). https://www.facebook.com/leclub4/app/1637598386514901/ Here is their FB menu for breakfast and lunch (Vie en Rose); we ate dinner there, so not sure on how it compares to printed menu. https://www.facebook.com/leclub4/app/1637598386514901/ High praise for their Pizza Blanco (Sauce Blanche on their menu). The online version does not list the lardons and they were excellent and MADE that dish. Crispy thin crust (more like a savory pie crust than a pizza crust....in a GOOD way). It was a warm evening and this light pizza paired well with crisp cool white wines. Let me repeat: this is not a US pizza....it is a delicate and tasty treat. Kudos that the eggplant appy was not undercooked (too many here are). Again a very light version....not the heavy eggplant parm many are used to. Crepe was fine; nice little side salads with most plates. Can't remember the exact price of wine, but guessing it was a tad north of the average price in town. This eatery has two glassed-in display cases on street wall....why they don't post their menus there is a mystery. I think restaurants LOSE business by not posting menus (menu posting is required in many EU cities). I always wonder if an eatery that doesn't display its menu is trying to hide something. Chefs ought to be proud of their menus. They have live entertainment (one of the owners, Gaby's group, Black Swan & Diamonds) Thu - Sun, I think, but it doesn't start until 7:30 so early diners can avoid it (though she has a lovely voice). Live music on Fri & Sat only (info available on the flyer) Oui-Oui's kitchen's closes at 9 pm on Thur, 10 pm on Fri, 11 pm on Sat, 8pm on Sun. Note: Glass display was vandalized when menu were posted. La Vie en Rose is open 9 to 5 daily (except Weds on low season) and Menus are available for both places for your perusal at the front desk.
