Smoked salmon

The fish store beside SuperLake was the first place we bought hot-smoked salmon, and it woke me up to the possibilities. Now I do my own, and I'm not sure they still offer it, but it's worth an ask.

If that fails, I have an almost no-effort method.

Phillipe and Lisette do both types of salmon and it is available at the thursday and tuesday markets. I believe they are also at the monday market in San Antonio...

I guess I always thought when they were talking about the Monday, Tuesday or whatever day market, that it was a large event. Apparently the Ajijic Thursday Market is in a location once occupied by the Indian Restaurant on the square in Ajijic. As I recollect it was a small restaurant.
