DuckieHoomever
Does anyone here have any info or suggestions or ... about getting the Raquet Club connected? Is anyone in the RC one of the early subscribers?
taltman711
Original early subscriber here. One of many in the RC. According to ILOX, they are concentrating on Ajijic and east presently. Then they will come west. Bottom line, it will be a number of weeks.
bedbug
I live in a condo near the border with Jocotopec. I am also one of the 300 early payers. Several weeks ago, I got a call from Ilox saying they would install the next day. The next day they said they were coming at noon. Needless to say they never showed up when they finally figured out where I was located - which involved many calls and text messages. They said they were not ready to work in this part of the village yet which we knew when they called. They gave an estimated installation date of mid to late April. I wasn't particularly happy about it, but nothing could be done. Then on Monday of this week we got a call from an Ilox technician saying he was coming to our condo to determine if Ilox would use our existing empty conduits. He already knew the name of our groundskeeper and promised he would be there later in the day. Needless to say, he did not show up at all for the entire week. We still do not know if Ilox will ever install in our neighborhood. I and other neighbors who have prepaid wrote a email asking for some clarification of what was going on to Jessica. No answer. If they had not started calling me, I would have guessed we would not see our installation until the summer at the earliest. Ilox gave us some hope a and then ignored us. We are less than impressed with Ilox so far.
tkessler
Bedbug, I´m sure they'll figure it out and get to you. Their planning for Lakeside service determined that the first concentrator would be located between Ajijic and San Antonio and that is why they are branching out from there. They are working hard...Patience...
texvetmike
Does anyone have a phone number for "customer service"? The person in the Ajijic office cannot answer my question. I prepaid almost a year ago for one year service and am moving out of the area. It hasn't been installed. I require a refund of the initial 7200 pesos. Any help? DuckieHoomever
Cedros just posted on another thread that Ilox is stringing lines in the Raquet Club today. Anyone there connected yet? Also (kinda hate to ask, but...) can someone either post a link or text for the internet packages they offer? I've been slogging through past posts and searches on Mr. Google, but I'm betting some y'all have that info at your fingertips. Thanks. Oddly, they are handing out photocopies of a hand-written price sheet. There is nothing on the Website. Not sure why.
utilitus
I may be renting in the RC shortly then building nearby and would be interested to know what the current terms would be for ilox installation and monthly service for those who did not subscribe early. Thanks.
ComputerGuy
Since there is nothing on their Website, you must go to the Ilox office at the rear of Plaza Bugambilias. They have all kinds of info there.

ednet94
On the website you can find all the prices and info https://www.ilox.mx/iloxhogar/index.php/paquetes https://www.ilox.mx/iloxhogar/index.php/servicios/tv-digital Not sure what other info you can't find on the website? Those prices aren't accurate for our area. When I signed up I wanted the 50/75 plan, but for the same price they're offering 75/100. Meaning, if you pay with a credit card you get the higher speed for the same price.

Didn't say anything about "other info" that can't be found. Said you could get all the info you need at the office. And as pointed out, prices not relevant to us. No point in me posting a link that's not accurate for us. Who needs the retribution from this board?
