dichosalocura
Carnaval is being held in Cristianía Park, where it is usually held. Only last year was it changed to the malecón. Some people complained that it appeared too similar to las Fiestas Patrias that is also celebrated on the malecón and in front of the San Francisco Church, so they brought it back to the park this year.
