dgn
Hello all Sausage makers Does anybody know where I can get sausage casings in or around Guadaljara? Amazon and Ebay can get them but it takes forever! Dave
WideSky
Have you asked at a carneceria if they have sheep or pig casing? maybe Tony's meat market or the guy that sells sausages at Tuesday La Huerta market can give you an idea where. haven't made sausage for years but always used sheep casings. Just make a big roll, then you can freeze and slice for sausage patties.

CHILLIN
I highly recommend this option as well https://umaidry.com/ These are a special plastic bag, that you can size anyway you want with a vacuum sealer and zip ties for the ends. Place in the bottom of your refrigerator. They will slowly dry and you will end up with world class dry sausages and meats.

Or, on September 16 around the corner near Barbara's Bazaar. If not, I hike up from the lake parking area.
