barrbower Posted February 6, 2019 Report Share Posted February 6, 2019 I just walked over there to investigate. Many trucks hauling soil and gravel for the last few months indicate a large project. I spoke with a gentleman from the construction trailer office. He told me it is a gated community made up of large individual houses all designed and built by the same company and sales are handled by "Chapala Real Estate" (no promise on accuracy.) They have spent a lot on leveling and raising the overall elevation by about four feet average. He said most will be one level and about 3,000 sq. ft. homes of high quality.
