Thin-set mortar?

Thin set mortar is available at nearly every hardware store, you are gluing tile? Show them what you are doiing and ask for the special notched trowel to appy it. Silicone glue is more difficult. Do you mean silicone caulking, as in a tube, or silicone glue, which we purchased by accident, it is used in crafts like scrapbooking, where you want a long drying time to be able place objects about. This is available in big grocery stores or stationery stores.

Silicone glue is available in both caulking gun tube size and smaller white plastic squeeze tube, at most good ferreterrias.

Another option is the "2000" strength rubber cement; plenty of time to set up and holds tile or rock, solid, once set.
