Limited Seats this Friday! Dry Aged Beef, 35 days aged in our very own, imported Dry Ager Refrigerator. During the aging process moisture is drawn out of the meat and natural enzymes break down the connective tissue. Allowing for an extremely tender and flavorful Beef.
