He called someone with the information from my car registration (tarjeta de circulacion), and at least one other man that I know about. He told us to return the next day (Tuesday) at 10 am. At 11:15 am he came from Guadalajara. He had the sticker/hologram and paper work for our cars. He slapped the hologram on my window and handed me the document. Five minutes. No inspection. I talked with my auto mechanic in Joco yesterday and also a Chevy dealership in Guad and both told me that the 2019 holograms haven't been sent to the testing centers yet. Maybe another 15 days.
