I gassed up at Pemex 1 km east of the main traffic light in Jocotepec this morning...long lines, but premium and diesel still available.

It changes as the day goes on. Wouldn't it be nice to have the phone number of all the gas stations so you could phone them and ask or better yet if Pemex had a website that gave that information. Pemex is so user unfriendly.

Pemex does indeed have an app to locate stations. Download it to your phone and it will locate the closest green, red or diesel. Haven't personally checked its accuracy, tho.

That is California dreaming.

Yesterday afternoon in Guadalajara along the periferico the lines stretched well over a mile at every station that had some gas. Hundreds of cars in each line. Tow trucks were visible probably for those cars that ran out of gas while waiting.

One can only imagine the lines in DF.

This seems to be a good example of the law of unintended consequences.
