They are offering a 20% discount if paid the first day they come here. Is this happening at any other developments lakeside? Here is part of the message we, as residents received from our Board: " PARA SU CONVENIENCIA Y SU COMODIDAD" El Gobierno Municipal de Chapala, pondra a disposicion una "Caja Movil" para poder realizar su pago de predial ...." bmh Posted January 5, 2019 Report Share Posted January 5, 2019 Property taxes are the same this year as they were last year and you can give your opinion how you would like the money to be spend even if you are not a citizen but pay taxes- Good move if the suggestions are followed..
