I need to renew the registration of our car for the 2018 circulation card can anyone provide the address of the office and possibly a phone number to see whether they are open during the holidays. Just go there and present your license plate number at the counter. Yes, you may have to wait in the 'musical chairs line'. The discounts begin in January and decline through March. It is easy to do.
