Who to call for propane / gas leak in fireplace?

When the pilot light is on in our gas fireplace the entire living room smells like propane.  We think there is a small leak in the line going from the valve to the pilot light.  We've turned it off but there is still quite a smell.  Any suggestions on who to call?  

I'm in San Antonio.

Those numbers are from a few years ago but he is the husband of the manager of Strom White Movers/Napoleon Fireplace in west Ajijic opposite Roberto's Restaurant (or whatever it's called now)

Would any body know why the flame is red instead of blue on a stove.  The tank is full.  Thanks.   I will call Carlos Ramirez if no  one have an idea.

Not enough oxygen in the mix. See if your burner and/or gas jet is covered/akilter/dirty.
