John Shrall Posted December 15, 2018 Report Share Posted December 15, 2018 I got a Capital One card last year and after the PIA it was to jump through the security hoops to get it set up properly I have been quite impressed. In September I got cash from ATMs in Denmark and Norway and made POS purchases in those countries as well as England, Ireland and Scotland. Not one problem. The card in conjunction with an iPhone can be used to make purchases and transfers using the Apple Pay app too. Any ATM in Mexico should be a snap.
