ezpz Posted November 23, 2018 Report Share Posted November 23, 2018 I was in SF during the height of the psychedelic era when the Ace of Cups - probably the very first all-women's rock band - was playing around the area as an opening act for many shows, there was a LOT going on at that time!!! So I heard OF them but never heard them until now. They are in the media again because they have reunited to record their FIRST album because as talented as they were, they never got a record deal probably because the Music Biz didn't know what to do with an all female group. Well, they are fabulous and I wanted to share this video as an example of what you could do in your "golden years". They are all in their 70s now and sound better than ever! Enjoy!
