LoLoL ... interesting remarks, thank you all šŸµ Just have to laugh at 'gringos' who moveĀ someplace else while complaining about overpopulated areas. They themselves caused the overpopulation in the first place and will continue to contribute to increasing population wherever they move to šŸµ Have you ever considered staying and living with the consequences of your own actions?Ā

I'm wondering if you live here because if you did you'd know that Mexicans have returned to lakeside in a big way and have a lot to do with the local population boom.Ā  Also the number of cars in the GDL area has increased by a million in just a few years and they like to come here on the weekends.Ā  If you visit Tango on a weekend you will see a very large Mexican crowd there as well in many other local restaurants.

Lakeside started out as a vacation area for Tapatios and is one once again.

We live in San NicolƔs de AcuƱa, a tiny town just past San Luis

, Ā and while I will agree with others about it being a drive into town, we know little espaƱol. The people are joy filled and welcoming. More so than we have experienced on the north side. Thereā€™s no complaining about water (we have city and a well with perfectly clear water), no loud music complaints or any of the other ā€œproblemsā€ we are constantly hearing about on FB as well as this site for issues that keep coming up. The downside? Internet. We just invested in the Starlink satellite though to take care of that problem. šŸ˜Ā

San Luis is a bustling little town full of happy faces and I 100% guarantee you will never leave that town thirsty. šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

What kind of prlblems do the titles have? Is it ejido land that was badlky converted? By the sound of the stories it sounds like ejido landĀ  if it is there is no status of limitation so good luck..Lots of ejidola land can be passed on to children and have to ve used or you lose the land and it reverts to the ejido..Is that what is happenkng over there?

Or is it communal land?
