We went there for lunch.  I ordered the rolls at the top of the lunch menu and my husband ordered a chicken sandwich.  The tables and chairs are mostly for group seating with a bench on one side and plastic chairs on the other.  We took the one table for four.  When the food arrived, my plate consisted of 4 very short (maybe 2 inch) rolls with some shrimp and mostly greens within.  It was the equivalent of an appetizer, and although I have a small appetite and usually take home half of what I'm served, I supplemened it at home with a burrito.  My husband fared better with the chicken sandwich, which was served with some good little potato chunks.  Very pleasant server.

The place has a pleasant view of the park and parking is plentiful.

The dinner menu sounds  promising, with more offerings.  However, we probably won't return.
