Course Fee: $350 MXN Course Dates: Nov 06, 2018 Course Time: Tuesday from 1:00 to 4:00pm Course Location: South Campus Board Room Min/Max Students required: 20/50 Enrollment begins Oct 03 from 10:00 to 2:00 pm at the LCS Office Enrollment ends Oct 30. Description: The key to many Mexican dishes is found in their sauces, whether they are raw, cooked, fried, stewed, etc. And that can be spicy, sweet, neutral, acidic, light, thick, simple or very elaborate. With this course LCS aims to take you by the hand to learn how some of the favorite Mexican salsas in the region are made. What ingredients you need, how and where to buy them. How Mexican uses them. What food you can dress with them. Do not miss this little tour into the Mexican gastronomic world. Please Note: These programs are limited to LCS members only. Membership must be active to enroll and must remain active for the duration of each class. The LCS Office should be notified at least 5 days before the course begins if a cancellation is needed.
