Eric Blair
At 79, and it being about a decade or more since my last prostrate exam, I figure it's time for another check. I saw the name Dr. Oscar E. Olvera Flores in a 2014 post but can't find him so am asking here. Any recommendations Lakeside? Thanks.
ibarra
Try calling Quality Care Lety, the receptionist should be able to help you with that information. 7661870 No personal experience, sorry.
rvanparys
Being of the same age I did a little research and colonoscopies after age 70 seem to be nonbeneficial IF there has been no notable activity that would suggest one... My dos centavos...

Jreboll
If you have symptoms try medications that will relieve them. You don’t want to try anything more aggressive than that.

Jreboll
You don’t see too many proctologists around. Most of their work has been taken over by gastroenterologists.
Eric Blair
A Proctologist can digitally feel the prostrate for any abnormalities. There are other medical disciplines that also do this check.

idocdan
Had a friend proctologist who decided to retire young after making a ton of money. He was a car guy and wanted still to work with his hands so went to mechanic school graduating with honors. In fact his final exam was to tear a car apart and put it back together--got 150%. Since he couldn't understand how anyone could get over 100%, he asked the instructor about it. He was told 50% for tear down, 50% for putting it all back together---but got the bonus because it was the first time he ever saw it all done through the tailpipe!! Ferret
idocdan… that was absolutely hilarious! I'm so sorry that I couldn't give you more than one rating. It deserved at least 5 stars and a laugh, a like and a thanks.
