Ideally, I'd like to buy it already shredded but the ones I've tried were not what I think of as real mozza. The latest experiment wouldn't even melt when I tried to make pizza... I get large bags delivered frm Costco. In between, there are a couple of brands in the cooler at WalMart that actually have more flavour than the CostCo version, which is yes, rather bland. Soriana also has a couple of brands worth trying. If you happen to stop by Pasta Trenta at 33 Colon, the owner buys fresh mozz from somewhere, in chunks, that is deelish.
