They move at the speed of molasses in January on the Russian front. Most places in Brisas and Ch. Haciendas got up close to 10 a year or so ago when TelMex agreed to install new infrastructure for the new hotel and condos. And that is where it is most likely going to say for as long as I can see. However, people in the back end of Ch. Haciendas never got that improvement, because the wiring back there has never been changed and is not capable of handling the higher speeds.
