Mobile Home Retirement Communities

Recommended Posts

To expand a bit on what Mainecoons said, the idea of "mobile home retirement communities" which are so common in the U.S. just hasn't caught on in Mexico.  There are many gated communities in this area which might fit your needs and might be worth checking out. They are in different price ranges.

We have been living at Roca Azul for 6 years. It is not a retirement community" since all ages are welcome, and it is a membership fee club, so it can get quite busy on weekends and holidays, but the daily guests keep to a separate section of the park, and the residents stay on another. You may have to bring or buy your own RV or you can have a tiny house or container home custom built for you. Call the park and speak to the manager Teo or check out the web site. https://www.clubrocaazul.com/
