She has really limited funds, so this is a financial strain for her. The horse is In Riberas. She is looking for a longer term solution, either a different place (inexpensive) for her to live with a place for the horse right nearby or a new permanent home for the horse. If you can help in any way, please e-mail me or if you have some suggestions, that would be good as well. The owner has already been reported for the abuse.
