From Chuni's FB page.  Moy Anaya is preliminary winner by 99 votes out of over 20,000 cast.  Here is Google translation (note it says June, obviously means July).  Looks like there will be an automatic recount as requested by PAN, starting today.  Stay tuned!!

• Preliminary results give Moy Anaya a win.

By Gilberto Padilla García

The preliminary results of the scrutiny and calculation made by the Municipal Electoral Council in the special session that began yesterday and concluded this June 5 (Note by poster....s/b July), after more than 30 hours of work, put the candidate for the Municipal Presidency of Chapala for Citizen's Movement (MC ), Moisés Alejandro Anaya, as the winner of the electoral day of Sunday, July 1.

According to the preliminary results, the MC candidate has 6,726 votes, while his PAN opponent, Alejandro Aguirre C, has 6,627 votes, a difference of 99 votes.

The Municipal Electoral Council unanimously approved the request made by the representative of the PAN, Gamaliel Soto Pérez, to resort to the recount of all the boxes, because it falls in the two cases that the Electoral Code marks.

One of the assumptions is that the difference between the first and second place is less than 1%, and the other assumption is that the difference between both candidates is less than the null votes that in this case are 529.

The PRI candidate, Javier Degollado, who was seeking re-election, obtained 4,938 votes; the candidate of the "Juntos Haremos Historia" coalition, Gerardo Degollado Gonzalez, won 2,756 votes.

The independent candidate Juan Diego Castro Morales appears with 1,093 votes, followed by the candidate of the Green Party, Andrea García Mariscal, with 291 votes.

The candidate of the New Alliance Party (PANAL), Esperanza Mejía Carvajal, won 213 votes of the election, where 71 were for unregistered candidates.

The preliminary results were announced after 7:00 pm, after the opening, counting and counting of 37 of the 62 electoral packages that presented various irregularities.

After the publication of the results outside the Casa Ejidal, headquarters of the Electoral Council, all the electoral packages were transferred to the District Council where the total recount will be carried out.

The President of the Municipal Electoral Council, Rosa Angélica Cázares Alvarado, informed that the total count of the election of Chapala could begin tomorrow, July 6.

He clarified that the results are still preliminary, since the qualification of the election will be next Sunday, July 8, by the General Council of the Electoral Institute.
