Dan M
The pork roast is at 145 F and the house is at 91 F. according to my digital meat thermometer! And that’s not in the kitchen either... Who wants dinner??? Not me unless its served in a cold tubby!

Bisbee Gal
While your roast looks beautiful, Cedros is right...many local ovens are very under-insulated. Even stove-top cooking adds some heat and more humidity inside (which makes it feel hotter). Better to use an outdoor grill. Or I can give you my recipe for a chilled mango gazpacho 👩🍳

geeser
Salad Days: Time to alternate shrimp, chicken, and salmon caesar salads for dinner or a spinach & mushroom salad cold. Maybe even a gazpacho.
tomgates
Our main kitchen is outside so no issue with oven use!
