And my download speed and the upload speeds were slightly faster than usual. I do not know about earlier today as I normally use Telmex for internet and a Satellite TV provider for TV. The fact that my speeds were slightly faster than average, especially this time of day would suggest that not many people were on line perhaps because there are outages somewhere else, or maybe there was a major outage and it just came back on and not that many of the usual customers have discovered same.
