gwynne
I don't know how it got this bad, but I now have cluttering up my space: 2 non-working printers, 1 sort-of working printer, 2 non-working Kindles, and a box of dead cameras. If I just put it out with the basura, will the guys sort through it and recycle? Is there a place to take stuff like this? Some time ago I remember seeing that some organization was taking dead electronics to use as teaching aids for kids to tear down and reassemble. Alfa
Every now and then the city of Chapala holds a collection of all things electrical/electronical for disposal. I think the last one was about a year ago now. Maybe they will get around to holding another one sometime?

luvsdawgs
There is a place in SAT on Privada Ramon Corona. It is on the right hand side when you go towards the lake. I do not know what they do with the stuff they get.
